HR Process Review and Improvement

Are your HR practices and programs helping you to be the employer you want to be?  The working world is constantly evolving and a regular review of your people processes will assist you in staying current and attractive to your employees and job applicants.

Policies need to be relevant, and easy to understand and administer.  If a policy isn't followed, then why is it there?

Job Analysis and Description Development

Organizations often operate better when employees have a clear understanding of their roles.

- Do your employees know what they are responsible for / what their jobs are or how they fit in the overall structure?

- Are your jobs designed to attract the right skills and talent?

- Are your employees engaged and challenged in their jobs?
